This is the one rule that matters. If you answer with a model open in another tab, the diagnostic measures nothing and the whole program gets mis-sized.

The clock starts when the scored sections begin, just after a short profile, and keeps running. When it reaches zero your answers are submitted automatically, so plan to finish in one sitting.

Eight bands, one written answer

Each section asks for a 1–5 self-rating (never scored; it only measures calibration) and then its questions. Section 4 includes one short written answer in your own words.
